Is Democracy more substantial that the illusion of control?
I’m still wrestling with this, but Democracy feels more like smoke and mirrors than anything. Am I right? What am I missing?
Also, to those who argue that most governments are Republics, I’ll argue that all this does is kick the can down the kerb.
The argument is that there is something wrong with individual democracies, but democracies are simply a lame system of government that we continue blindly to defend.
